Notice Regarding the Extension of Share Transfer Period

On 5 April 2023, through “Notice of Change in Shareholder of Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd” we announced that our parent company, Sony Life Singapore Pte Ltd ("SLS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Life Insurance Co Ltd ("Sony Life"), had entered into a conditional agreement to transfer all the shares in Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd (“SLFA”) to OnePlatform International Ltd ("OnePlatform"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGBA Group Holdings Ltd. It was mentioned that the share transfer transaction is expected to be completed by the 3rd quarter of 2023.

We would like to inform you that the completion period for the share transfer transaction will be extended, due to additional time needed to finalize the necessary procedures. We will provide an update once the share transfer process has been successfully concluded.

Besides the postponement, there will be no changes to what we had announced previously.
