Notice Regarding Termination of Share Transfer Agreement

In our announcement dated April 5, 2023, titled " Notice Regarding A Change of Our Parent Company ", we informed you that our parent company, Sony Life Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("SLS"), had agreed to transfer all shares of Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. ("SLFA") to OnePlatform International Ltd. ("OnePlatform").

Following thorough discussions and careful consideration, we hereby inform you that this share transfer agreement has been terminated.

Please be assured that this decision will not affect any existing insurance contracts you applied for through us. All our existing services will continue as usual. We will carefully consider all possible options moving forward to ensure we continue to meet our customers' needs.
